2010 Resolutions

  1. Go to the gym to lift at least 2 times a week, and do 30 minutes of cardio at least 4 times a week.
  2. Eat better food, but less of it. Use stuff out of cans or boxes as little as possible. Limit myself to 1 meal per week at the CapOne cafeteria. Eat breakfast before going to work instead of at work.
  3. Through a combination of #1 and #2, lose 40 pounds.
  4. Have my home by visitor-ready all the time (ie clean and well stocked).
  5. Get my passport.
